ANASSA ORGANICS collaborated with a scientific group of academics of
the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, namely consisting of
agriculturists, chemists and agronomists in Biotechnology and Biological
sectors. The specified research conducted on behalf of ANASSA ORGANICS
provided valuable information and guidelines for herbs, blends and
analysis of best quality raw material. The choice was done with the
utmost care, regarding parameters such as growing conditions, harvesting
methods, and product quality. The producers selected, are by majority,
small enterprises and family businesses, distinguished by modern methods
of organic farming, their production sites, and respect for the earth
and their products. Analyses for taxonomic identification of the
selected raw material was perfomed by the Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki scientific panel appointed.
Analyses of nutritional value and detection of pesticide residue on
selective samples was performed by BENAKI PHYTOPATHOLOGICAL INSTITUTE (www.bpi.gr).
All products are certified for their organic origins and controlled
packaging by the Inspection and Certification of Organic Products
Organization, TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD GROUP) (www.tuv-nord.com) .
